The EU elections are in full swing, and one country where everyone is looking forward to see what will no doubt be a surprising result is Britain, where Nigel Farage’s ‘Brexit Party’ will come out victorious if polls are to be believed.
However, many EU citizens who wanted to vote in Britain claim they were rejected at polling stations. According to media, this is because of administrative errors.
Lots of people complained on Twitter about the problems encountered. They claim how they discovered upon arrival at the voting booths that their names had been blackened out on lists of eligible voters. This is supposed to be because of paperwork not entered on time. Angry voters are grouping their complaints on the hashtag #DeniedMyVote.
